THE SOUND OF MUSIC Cast List

Thanks to all 172 of you who auditioned for THE SOUND OF MUSIC. We could have easily cast the childrens' roles in this show 10 times. It is amazing to see the depth of talent in our young actors. Please know that due to this great turn out, a year-round children's theatre program in High Point has moved to the top of my priority list.

And what great choices for the adult roles as well. While there were many difficult decisions to make, the artistic staff certainly was thrilled to have so many options.

Please know if you were not cast, that I am so appreciative of the time and talent you brought to the auditions. And that your name will be placed on our list for future auditions.

If you were cast, please email jblevins@hpcommunitytheatre.org as soon as possible, signifying that you have seen the cast list and are accepting your role. The first company meeting and read-thru will be Sunday, September 14th from 2 - 5 for everybody. All cast members under driving age should have a parent accompany them to the company meeting which will last approximately 30 minutes. We will then read the play. We have an exciting cast and will have an incredible production.
