A Child’s Christmas in Wales is Dylan Thomas’s fond remembrance of growing up in Wales during Christmastime. We’ll recreate the world of his small town -- family, friends and neighbors -- and use his short narrative to create a play. Get your sleds out, start baking those Christmas goodies and join us in a playmaking project sure to get you in the Christmas spirit! Using simply homemade props and costumes scrounged from our closets, we will stage a performance fit for the Holiday season. We will perform on the final day of class for family and friends in the morning and at a local retirement community in the afternoon.
