In 1993, Kim Harrison (Elsa), Lee Willard (Max) and I traveled with The Choral Society of Greensboro on a tour to Europe. One of the stops was 3 days in Salzburg, Austria - the location of the 1965 Sound of Music filming. It's hard to tell which is the bigger tourist attraction in Salzburg - The Sound of Music locations or the birthplace of Mozart. We were lucky enough to have plenty of fun with both and of course had to have our pictures made in all of the SoM locations.

Yes, Peggy Clapper was there also - but wasn't playing with us. I guess she was busy at the abbey.

Peggy Clapper was on the trip, too, though not in the "in" crowd :-)
