Greensboro Country Day hosts a free master class

This Saturday (Jan 9) at 12:15 Greensboro Country Day School will have a Broadway musical director giving a master class in their theatre. Michael Rafter has directed many musicals on Broadway, including the Sound of Music, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The King and I, and Gypsy. He is currently in charge of all of the productions of Jersey Boys. He will be giving a lecture about how to succeed in the musical theatre business as a young performer.

At the end of the presentation, he will audition students for his summer camp called Destination Broadway. At this camp, you are trained for one week in dance, voice, and acting by Broadway professionals. If you are planning to audition for the camp, please prepare a short musical theatre audition song.

The master class is free and no pre-registration is required.
