Great work tonight – the run went really well.

Important schedule changes for next week….

Sunday, Feb 18 – Rehearsal Cancelled

Monday, Feb 19 - Wesley Memorial
6:00 pm – Carissa, Thomas & Sally – HP Enterprise Interview
6:30 pm – Costume Fittings for anyone who still needs to see Melanie for either things she is pulling for you or if you did not see her on Thursday
6:30 pm and through the rehearsal – Lobby photos taken – Please wear solid colored top – no writing on the tops please
7:00 pm – Run of Act I & Act II

Tuesday, Feb 20
6:00 pm – Chick-Fil-A Kid’s Night – Performing Opening Footloose (we will cut before the church scene), Mama Says, Need A Hero (will cut before Luke’s entrance), Almost Paradise, Dancing Is Not A Crime, I Can’t Stand Still – Wear “School Clothes” – Dinner provided for performers
7:30 – Run of Act I & Act II – Wesley Memorial
Turn in dance ticket money tonight

Wednesday. Feb 21 – Off

Thursday, Feb 22 - Wesley Memorial
7:00 pm – Run of Act I & Act II
Please try to have ticket orders in by this night – Much easier to deal with before we move into the theatre

Friday, Feb 23 - High Point Theatre
7:00 pm – Rehearsal for same numbers as Chick-Fil-a except we will do Footloose Finale instead of opening – Mitchel we can schedule the Finale performance around synagogue if necessary
8:00 pm – 11:30 – Dance Onstage at HP Theatre – All Cast Members (All will need tickets – And it is a fundraiser – If you have 10 bucks it would be great if you could chip in – If not, just see me for a ticket)

Saturday, Feb 24 - High Point Theatre
1:00 pm – Load-In – Cast should be released by 6:00 pm
1:30 pm – Orchestra Rehearsal with principals – Michael will let you know if he needs you

Sunday, Feb 25 - High Point Theatre
2:00-6:00 pm – Spacing Rehearsal

Monday – Wednesday, Feb 26 – 28 - High Point Theatre
6:30 Calls for Tech/Dress Rehearsals
Monday is first dress – Please bring all costumes that you are providing

Thursday – Saturday, March 1 – 3 - High Point Theatre
6:30 Call
8:00 Performance

Sunday, March 4 - High Point Theatre
12:30 Call
2:00 Performance
Scenery Strike following performance
Cast Party following Strike
